RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Winslet & Rhys is committed to the selection and quality of our products, and we hope that you absolutely love your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we will gladly accept any full price item for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt of the product. Please return merchandise unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached and without alterations to the address below. All discounted items, gift cards, beauty products, custom products and one of a kind pieces are final sale and may not be returned.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Due to the limited nature of our products, we ask that you contact email@example.com prior to sending the item back so that we may properly begin the return process. All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse the return of washed, worn and damaged items or any item returned after 14 days from original delivery.
If an item was purchased at full price at our shop location, we will accept merchandise for exchange or store credit only. We do not issue refunds for in-store purchases. Items must be returned to the store where they were purchased within 14 days of the time of purchase. All items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed and without alterations. Please stop by our shop or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance with an in-store purchase.
We will process your online order within 2-5 days. Because we're a small shop and B likes a schedule, we typically ship orders on Wednesdays and Fridays to allow for more time to print and design. If you'd like to receive your item sooner, please contact us at email@example.com.
All packages are sent signature required unless requested otherwise. If the signature requirement is waived, the customer accepts responsibility for any missing and/or lost packages.
Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer
Winslet & Rhys ships internationally, with some exceptions. To receive an international shipping quote please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the items and quantities you'd like to purchase as well as your exact address.
Please be aware international orders generally take 6-12 business days. All international sales are final. Winslet & Rhys is not responsible for import fees, taxes, VATS or any other custom fees should your package be processed by customs.
